find what databases a particular user has permissions on and revoke them

Hi experts,

I have multiple servers with multiple databases on each server. I need to find out what databases a particular user has access to and what this access is. I need to put this procedure in place for people who leave the company or move departments.

Is there a script out there that will do this for me across multiple databases on a server?

Many thanks and looking forward to your reply!

What version of SQL Server are you on? I have one for SQL 2000, and one for SQL 2005.
